Brand Audit

Brand Art conduct an extensive brand audit which includes interviews with both employees & clients, as well as an analysis of literature (including web material) & competitors this helps to determine your brand’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats and enables us to provide recommendations & practical solutions of ways to strengthen & increase the value of your brand. During this phase we work with you to define ideas of ways to reinforce brand essence, brand promise & brand personality addressing each and every phase of customer touchpoint. Identifying ways in which to turn the brand promise into a reality at each point of customer contact be it: pre purchase; point of purchase; post purchase; reinforcement of purchase during usage of the product/service or reinforcement of post purchase as well as identifying ways in which to encourage ongoing customer loyalty towards the brand. All current and potential customer touch points are identified, we then define which are the most important touchpoints and why. We look at the prioritisation of touchpoints and identify which touchpoints will have the greatest impact upon customers to ensure that customers are being spoken to where and when most relevant we also work with you to identify ways in which to maximize resources.
